All software licenses purchased from Green Living Digital are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the license key via email. Refunds are only valid for purchases made by customers located in the United States.

Physical returns are not applicable as all our products are digital software licenses. Once a license key has been delivered via email, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. Refunds can still be requested under the conditions above.

• The license key has already been activated or used.
• The request is made after the 7-day window.
• The customer has provided false information or violated our terms of service.
